Shipping

We only deliver by mail order and personal delivery. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

We sell and ship the artworks worldwide. Depending on the country and shipping method, different shipping costs, import taxes and fees apply.
Generally, import taxes and fees for NON-EU countries are not included in the sale price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Gift cards are transmitted purely digitally, there are no shipping costs.

Shipping time

After receipt of your order, it will be prepared for shipment. This usually takes 5 working days. Shipping for domestic shipments takes 1-3 days. For worldwide deliveries, longer shipping times may apply.

You will be notified as soon as your order is on its way to you.

Parcel shipping

Within Germany, shipping is free of charge. Outside of Germany, shipping costs will be charged in addition to the stated sales price. These will be calculated individually and separately according to size, weight and shipping country after the order has been placed.

Personal delivery

Personal delivery of Annalena is only possible within a maximum radius of 150 km around Stuttgart. The basis for calculation is the distance from Stuttgarter Str. 106, 70736 Fellbach to your home.

- up to 50 km - 80 €
- up to 100 km - 160 €
- up to 150 km - 240 €
